The Electronics Industry will continue to witness a buoyant growth in India.
The demand for consumer electronics is expected to continue to remain strong across the country with the eastern region showing a gradual waking up to its full potential. The state government’s increasing focus on electronics industry’s infrastructure and a growing desire to provide an adequate platform for growth, has prompted several electronic giants into looking eastwards.
Elcina – the august body which is committed to the promotion of electronics manufacturing culture in the country, focusing on components-the building blocks of electronics industry – has partnered with Webel – a nodal agency of the IT Department of the Govt. of West Bengal whose main focus is to nurture growth in the IT/ITeS and Electronics sector in West Bengal – in an all-out effort to empower the electronics market participants, by providing an interactive forum and a proactive platform to showcase products offerings and to discuss issues related to this industry.
