Webel allotted around 170 acres of land to different entrepreneurs including IT/ITES Companies and infrastructure developers in Sector - V, Salt Lake.
Webel developed roads, electrical grids, storm water system etc. in and around 100 acre area in Sector - V, Salt Lake and maintains the same.
Webel developed and maintains the followings buildings:
- SDF Building – 2,60,000 sq.ft.
- STP-II Building – 70,000 sq.ft.
- Webel Bhavan – 40,000 sq.ft.
Besides above Webel also has a role as facilitator for development of the following infrastructure buildings which are ready for operation:
- Infinity Tower I & II – 2,80,000 sq.ft.
- Bengal Intelligent Parks – 2,50,000 sq.ft.
- Millennium Tower – 3,00,000 sq.ft.
