Equipment Maintenance Center (MEMC)
renders valuable supply, repair and
maintenance services to the Hospitals
throughout the state of West Bengal and
outside the state also and thus is serving a
very important social cause. MEMC has a
state-of-the-art workstation with most
modern test & measuring equipment and
other facilities along with a pool of
qualified personnel trained by the then
Dept. of Electronics (DOE), Govt. of India. |

MAJOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES |

| MEMC
has executed one time repair work of
different hospital equipment in different
Hospitals under WBSHSDP-II, a World
Bank assisted project, throughout the state
of W.B. to the highest satisfaction of the
hospital authority and others concerned. |

MEMC has successfully completed the
Annual Maintenance Contract by WBSHSDP-II
for the repair & maintenance of the
critical hospital equipment supplied
throughout the State in different Hospitals
under this World Bank assisted project.
The center has executed the Annual
Maintenance Contract of the Binocular
Microscopes under Revised National
Tuberculosis Programme (RNTCP) in all
the 19 districts of W.B. |

| MEMC
has successfully installed and commissioned
50 nos. Wipro GE make 300 mA X-Ray machines
procured by WBSHSDP-II at different
hospitals in the state of W.B. and rendered
services during the warranty period. |

MAJOR SUPPLY ACTIVITIES |

| MEMC
is fully equipped to render assistance for
sourcing health care and other related
equipment, all types of surgical equipment,
instruments, articles etc. to you also. The
Centre has already supplied, installed and
commissioned various critical and costly
equipments, consumables etc. in different
Hospitals, 19 different ANM (R) Schools
throughout the state of W.B. as well as in
Assam and ESOPDs under IPP-VIII programme of
KMDA funded either by the European
Commission or World Bank. |

The Centre has supplied different health
care related items to Nadia, Paschim
Medinipur, Dakshin Dinajpur and Siliguri
Mahakuma Parishad under Pradhan Mantri
Gramodaya Yojona (PMGY).
The Centre is engaged in modernising the
internal communication system, implementing
the development of office automation system,
computerisation and IEC work in different
hospitals under WBSHSDP-II or otherwise. |
